We have partnered up with an organization called Growing4ward, which promotes the importance of education for young students in underserved communities. Growing4ward exposes students to opportunities to higher education like the annual Tour of HBCU’s during their spring break ( April 12-18th, 2020)

The tour begins in New York and Newark, and we travel to Maryland, Washington, DC, Virginia, North Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia, to visit the campuses of Morgan State, Howard University, Virginia State, Hampton University, North Carolina Central University, North Carolina A&T University, Spelman College, Morehouse College and Clark-Atlanta University.

While at the colleges students participate in workshops, attend Admissions presentations and have the opportunity for Onsite Admissions. There will also be an Open Mic on the campus of Howard University, a Field Day on North Carolina A&T’s campus, our formal Dress To Impress night in Atlanta, as well as our annual visit to the Dr. MLK Center in Atlanta where we hold our affirmation circle around the eternal flame.

With you generous donation, we will be able to cover:

  • A tour of 9 Historical Black Colleges
  • Professional Tour Advisors along with current attendees & previous graduates
  • Ground Transportation on Motor Coach
  • Hotel Accommodations - 6 Nights
  • Hot Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
  • Educational Tours of Historical Sites in D.C. and Atlanta
  • A Tour Workbook
  • A Dress to Impress Night where the students can dress up, dance and dine as they celebrate taking their first major step towards their future.

Your contribution whether big or small would be significant in helping us bring to life this experience for aspiring college applicants!

THANK YOU!!
